A rare opportunity to film content for Shinola outside of their in-house production team. This was fun to conceptualize and capture at Stage 3 studio in Warren, Michigan.

Filmed in the fall of 2013, this video was made after riding a 1986 Honda XR600R motorcycle down to the Packard complex with a camera and a tripod in a backpack over the span of a week and capturing footage. Using a drone in 2013 was still pretty new back then.

I was fortunate to be asked to film the grand opening of Third Man Pressing, in the Cass Corridor in Detroit. About a year after the opening of the record store, the record pressing plant was built and operational. Special thanks to Steven Parr and Jordan Champine for their work on this project. We shot and edited the video and had it posted within 24 hours.

A two year project in Detroit - The voice of it's children - NYTimes Documentaries

This was a fun video I shot for friends who recently restored a bowling alley in Detroit. See if you can spot your favorite Detroit musician!

As of August 2015, this is still the 3rd highest viewed video in the history of the New York Times. SLIDESHOW

Record Pressing to come soon. Very happy to have been a part of this.
